As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in various construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe and efficient. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Duties Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites before, during, and after construction projects. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Help with the installation of various building components as directed by foremen or supervisors. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote efficiency. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors. Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship on all tasks performed.
