Heavy Equipment Operator (HEO) Job Description We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator (HEO) to assist in a remediation project located in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating various types of heavy equipment, particularly excavators, bulldozers, and trackhoes, within commercial construction, civil, and earthworks environments.
