Gardner LLC Jacksonville, FL Job Details Full-time $19 – $22 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Lawn care Mowing Driver’s License Handyman experience Mechanical knowledge Entry level Full Job Description Tractor Overview The Tractor/Batwing Mower Operator is responsible for the operation and maintenance of tractors and batwing mowers to manage vegetation on Highways in the Duval and St. John’s area. Tractor Operator Responsibilities Operate tractors/batwing mowers and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently Routine equipment checks and minor repairs as needed Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times Collaborate with team members to complete tasks effectively Tractor Operator Requirements Previous experience operating tractors Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately Ability to sit for long periods of time operating the equipment in varying weather conditions $19 – $22 per hour – based on experience Showing up consistently /when scheduled and on time is a must. Pay rate is based off experience, work ethic, reliability and work attendance. Full time. M-F and some Saturdays. 7am – 3pm is the typical work day. Weekly pay.
