With over 65 years of experience, we are committed to delivering high-quality services across a variety of construction projects. We are a 6-day-a-week operation , with most of our field employees averaging 50-56 hours per week . We are currently looking for Experienced Dozer Operators to join our team. If you have at least 1 year of verifiable experience operating bulldozers or excavators (trackhoes), we want to hear from you! Why Work With Us? Key Responsibilities:

Operate bulldozers and other heavy machinery to perform construction and earthmoving tasks Follow job site plans and instructions to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely Collaborate with other crew members and supervisors to maintain smooth project flow Maintain a high level of safety by following all site-specific protocols and regulations Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues or malfunctions Adhere to project timelines and site requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience operating bulldozers or excavators (trackhoes) is required All applicants will be required to pass a field test to demonstrate proficiency Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute to job sites (within a 50-mile radius of Riverview, FL) Must be able to relocate to Riverview, FL before starting work (if not already located in the area)
