Must have knowledge of construction and practical experience with tools. A good understanding of safety procedures, willingness to learn and be flexible. Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate bulldozers to carry out construction and earthmoving operations. Execute tasks in accordance with site plans and directions to ensure safety and efficiency. Coordinate with crew members and supervisors to support seamless project progression. Uphold strict safety standards by adhering to all site-specific protocols and regulations. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and promptly report any faults or irregularities. Comply with project schedules and meet all site requirements.

Requirements and Physical Expectations:

Minimum of 3 years of experience operating GPS Dozer Must successfully complete a field test to demonstrate operational proficiency. Reliable transportation required for travel to multiple job sites. Solid understanding of Dozer operation, safety protocols, and basic maintenance. Capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Physically able to lift 50+ pounds and perform tasks that involve bending, crawling, squatting, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, crouching, and prolonged standing. Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions and on diverse terrain types.

Pay:

Compensation will be based on experience.
