Pump/Loader Operator Position Available In Hillsborough, Florida

Job Title:

Loader Operator Job Description We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to perform essential tasks including pre and post-inspection of equipment, loading trucks efficiently, and maintaining equipment safety. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical industrial maintenance and operating a front-end loader. You will work closely with the Plant Tower Operator to ensure the smooth operation of our facility. Responsibilities Perform pre and post-inspection of equipment and promptly report any safety hazards or concerns. Audit and mitigate safety hazards or concerns. Complete and submit all required documentation on time. Efficiently load trucks. Load and carry material as needed. Continuously communicate with the Plant Tower Operator for Scale Weighmaster. Maintain pad level and keep loading area clear of debris. Keep equipment clean and safe. Perform utility tasks such as shoveling, water hosing, and others as required. Perform miscellaneous work with the loader as assigned by Quarry Manager or Lead man. Perform required preventive maintenance on the equipment. Follow all safety checks, rules, and regulations. The work environment includes outdoor conditions and requires adherence to safety protocols. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, Florida. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
