We’re looking for an experienced Equipment Operator who can hit the ground running and grow into a future leadership role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operate skid steers, excavators, dozers, loaders, and other heavy equipment Perform final grading with a skid steer Read and interpret site plans Use a laser level for accurate grading and layout Work independently and as part of a close-knit crew

What We’re Looking For:

At least 2-3 years of equipment operation experience Ability to final grade is required Strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to grow with a small business Leadership potential—we want someone ready to step into a supervisor role down the line
