Loader Operator Richardson Family Construction Fort Myers, FL 33902 Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Loader Operator to join our team.

Two locations:

FORT MYERS and TAMPA. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment (specifically front-end loaders) to move materials such as soil, gravel, sand, and other materials at construction, mining, or industrial sites. If you are safety-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in equipment operation, we’d like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Operate front-end loader safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures. Load trucks and trailers with bulk material while minimizing spillage and optimizing load balance. Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure proper functioning. Identify and report any mechanical issues or safety hazards to supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area around equipment and material stockpiles. Assist in other site duties as required. Follow site-specific safety guidelines, traffic patterns, and communication protocols. Work in all weather conditions and adapt to dynamic work environments. Requirements Proven experience as a loader operator or in a similar heavy equipment operator role. Familiarity with equipment maintenance and safety procedures. Physically capable of handling demanding work, including long hours in outdoor environments. Reliable transportation and strong work ethic. Desired Skills Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness. Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers. Solid understanding of load limits, weights, and balance. Problem-solving skills and the ability to act quickly in emergency situations. Team player with a commitment to workplace safety and productivity.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$23.00 – $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 48 – 56 per week
