Residential Final Grade Operator Gary’s Grading, Inc. Saint Cloud, FL 34771 Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating heavy equipment and will be responsible for various tasks on construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of equipment operation, safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, graders, and skid steers to perform construction tasks. Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality. Dig, build, and grade land as per project specifications. Transport materials and equipment to and from construction sites using commercial driving techniques. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Follow all safety regulations and protocols while operating machinery on-site. Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and minor repairs as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in heavy equipment operation. Valid driver’s license required. Familiarity with construction site operations and safety standards. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with digging, building, and grading. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
