Loader Operator Firethorn Inc. Dade City, FL 33525 Job Overview We are seeking skilled and dedicated Equipment Operators who will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of multiple pieces of construction equipment. The Equipment Operator is proficient in the use of a diverse range of construction equipment, including, Excavators, Loaders, Dozers, and other pieces of equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure safety and compliance with OSHA regulations. Responsibilities Operate loading equipment such as Front Loader, Backhoe, Loader, and/or dozers. Ensure accurate use of move levers, depress foot pedals, and turn dials to operate the equipment Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Become familiar with digging plans, machine capabilities and limitations, and efficient and safe digging procedures. Adhere to all OSHA safety standards while performing duties. Assist in training new team members on proper loading techniques and equipment operation. Other duties as assigned Requirements Previous experience as an Equipment Operator or in a similar role within a site development environment is preferred. Proficiency in operating loading equipment is essential. Strong attention to detail with the ability to operate excavation equipment Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols.
