We are seeking employees with flexibility to commute to airports in the greater Tampa-St. Pete metro area. Expected 40 or more hours/week. Shifts may vary every few months based on current project. ¡Hablamos español! Requirements Independent operation of backhoe, grout machine, front end loader, skid steer, core drill, and other equipment as needed Must have valid U.S. driver’s license (clean driving record preferred) Must pass background check Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor working conditions. Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to the trade. Ensure proper maintenance and mechanical functioning of equipment, including concrete mixers and dump trucks. Follow safety protocols to guarantee a secure working environment. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate operations and tasks. Maintain valid driver’s license and adhere to commercial driving regulations while transporting materials. Expected 40 or more hours/week. Shifts may vary every few months based on current project.
