Job Description
Skid Steer Operator Townsley Construction Hernando, FL 34442 Full-Time position utilizing company provided truck, trailer and John Deere 325G skidsteer equipment to provide residential jobsite cleanups, minor clearing and mulching, rough grades, final grades and driveway cuts. Applicant must be flexible in his/her duties capable of performing various tasks required of the company. Minimum 1 Year previous experience in a role with similar responsibilities. Ability to work outside in all types of weather and perform dirty or greasy duties. Must be physically capable to climb ladders, lift 45 #, use shovel and/or rake, chain saw, install silt fence, setup and utilize laser level, read tape measure. Light vehicle and machine maintenance including routine maintenance, lubrications, fueling and cleaning. Cleans and keeps machine clean. Capable of driving, securing/loading and trailering 24′ gooseneck trailer with skidsteer and attachments in tow. Clean and clear driving record mandatory. Background check will be done. CDL preferred however not necessary.
