The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating excavators and other heavy machinery to perform various tasks on construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of excavation techniques and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. IND-ELS Duties Operate excavators, backhoes, and other heavy equipment to dig, build, and pave as required by project specifications. Utilize bulldozers and water trucks for site preparation and material movement. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with other team members to coordinate activities on-site and ensure timely completion of projects. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately. Requirements Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or in a similar role Proficiency in operating various types of heavy machinery Knowledge of commercial driving regulations is preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting. Valid driver’s license; additional certifications related to heavy machinery operation are a plus. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks as required.
