Position Description:

The Briar Team, Central Florida’s top family-owned Site Development Construction company, is looking for hard-working and reliable (non CDL) Operators of Loaders, Bulldozers and Excavators for immediate hire with excellent pay and benefits, performance bonuses, profit sharing, generous vacation pay and yearly loyalty bonuses, in addition to training and opportunities for growth. As an Off Road Driver, you will operate a dump truck, loading and hauling material around the job site in a safe manner. To be successful in this position, you must have a valid driver’s license, enjoy working outdoors, and be able to perform strenuous physical tasks throughout the day.

Off Road Heavy Equipment Driver Responsibilities:

Operate Heavy Equipment such as: Excavators, Dozers, Loaders, Backhoe, Track Hoe Drive dump truck and load/haul material around the jobsite in a safe manner. Operate heavy equipment such as Roller, Sweeper, Water Truck, Skid Steer on an as-needed basis. Perform daily inspections / maintenance of assigned truck. Perform manual labor as necessary on the job site. Follow all health and safety guidelines. The Briar Team is EEOC and Drug Free Workplace compliant. Authorization to work in the United States and a drug test will be required upon hiring.

Schedule:

Monday

• Friday.

Saturdays on an as-needed basis. 6:45am-4:45pm Full Time Overtime No overnights or over the road travel. No per diem pay.

Palm Coast, FL to St Cloud, FL Year-round work
