This role involves operating mini-excavators and other heavy equipment to assist in underground construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Duties & Responsibilities Operate mini-excavators and other construction equipment Load and transport materials and equipment to jobsites Assist in setting up the jobsite safely Fill in as a laborer as needed Other duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in underground construction required 2+ years of experience operating excavation equipment required Ability to recognize hand signals and directions from locator or operator Ability to read and interpret telecommunication design prints Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. Must pass a background check and drug screen Valid driver’s license required; Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) strongly preferred Must be able to work emergency call outs after normal business hours
