Duties:

• Operate heavy machinery and equipment, including backhoes, loaders, graders, and water trucks, on construction sites.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Dig and pave surfaces as required by the project plan.
• Utilize horizontal drilling techniques to complete specific tasks.
• Build and construct infrastructure, including roads and pathways.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and site cleanliness.
• Provide support to other team members as needed.
• Develop and implement efficient operating procedures to minimize delays and increase productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.

Skills:

• Experience operating heavy machinery and equipment, including Caterpillar products.
• Proficiency in operating a backhoe and loader.
• Knowledge of grader operation and water truck usage.
• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
