Position:

Roller Operator Location:

On-site, Crawfordville, FL Type:

(Full time – Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate roller machines to compact asphalt, soil, and other materials Inspect and maintain equipment daily Ensure proper compaction of materials and machine settings Maintain safety standards and support a safe job site

Qualifications:

Experience operating roller and other heavy equipment Willingness to travel during weekdays Knowledge of asphalt compaction techniques Understanding of safety regulations Good communication and teamwork skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Prior experience in construction/asphalt industry is a plus
