Roller Operator Pigott Asphalt and Sitework, LLC 12 Asphalt Way, Crawfordville, FL 32327 Job Summary Pigott Asphalt & Sitework is seeking a skilled Roller Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, specifically rollers, to ensure the efficient paving and compaction of asphalt surfaces. Responsibilities Operate roller equipment to compact asphalt and concrete on construction sites. Willing to travel during weekdays. Work with team members to ensure proper installation and paving techniques are followed. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment on-site. Requirements Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with rollers. Teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
