In Person Summary A Loader Operator is responsible for operating skid steers and trailers to move materials, equipment, and perform various tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and effective communication with team members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate skid steer to move materials Complete daily inspections on equipment Ensuring safety protocols are followed Loading and unloading materials from trucks Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Assist with manual labor tasks as needed Perform quality control checks on materials Other duties assigned by Manager or Supervisor Requirements Knowledge or experience grading material Experience moving and backing up trailers Walking 60% of the day (quality checks/Inspections) Sitting 25% of the day (Operating skid steer, moving trailers) Climbing steps 15% (In and out of skid steer and semi-truck) Lifting 50#’s 5% (quality check on bagged material) Other Skills Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) PlayCore and its family of brands considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, disability, marital or veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
