The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operating various types of heavy machinery and will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment on construction sites. This role requires mass excavation knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, dozers. dump trucks and water trucks on construction sites. Perform digging, grading, and building tasks as required by project specifications. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards. Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate equipment usage and workflow. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating machinery in various weather conditions. Assist in the training of new operators on equipment operation and safety procedures. Experience Experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly lake excavation, and dump trucks. Familiarity with construction site operations and safety practices is essential. A valid driving license is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety protocols.
