Job Description
A company in Carrollton has an opening for an experienced Overhead Crane Operator . These candidates must be familiar with operating and controlling an overhead crane and sit down forklift in a warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
Using manual controls to control the movement, lifting 80 tons or more and positioning of loads using an overhead crane Observing and making sure the load is safely attached and within lifting limits during operation of a crane Keeping the crane clean and well maintained Using barrier signs around the crane to prevent anyone from walking under loads
Requirements :
Must have experience using an Overhead crane Must be able to lift up to 80 tons using overhead crane Must have sit down forklift experience Must have great attention to detail Must be available for 12 hour shifts Knowledge of Julian dates is a plus
