What You’ll Be Doing Operate pit loaders to transport aggregates safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment. Load and unload materials in a timely manner. Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations. Assist with other tasks as needed to support operations. What Are We Looking For Proven ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and commitment to safety. Flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions. Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
