We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Duty Equipment Manager to join our team in Georgia. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in operating and maintaining a variety of heavy-duty equipment and possess strong leadership and management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Operation and Maintenance:
Operate and maintain the following equipment: Volvo ECR355E excavators, Volvo L180H loaders, Volvo L20H loader, Hitachi ZW30-5B loader, Hitachi
ZX245LC-7
excavator, and Hitachi ZW220-6 loader. Ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition through regular maintenance and inspections.
Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of 10 operators and 3 mechanics across two locations. Provide training, support, and guidance to team members to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
Maintenance Scheduling:
Oversee the scheduling of services and repairs for all equipment. Manage daily maintenance tasks including filter cleaning, greasing, and washing equipment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operating and maintaining heavy-duty equipment, specifically the models listed above. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We are willing to offer a relocation package for the right candidate.
