Responsibilities:

• Operate various types of equipment including Loaders, skidsteers, trackhoes, loaders, dozer, and roll-off trucks. Residential and some commercial work. We dig basements, clear lots, final grades
• Safely and efficiently operate equipment to complete assigned tasks.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Transport materials and equipment to designated locations.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.

Experience:

• Previous experience operating equipment such as trackhoes, skidsteer, Loaders, dozer and roll-off trucks is preferred.
• Knowledge of equipment operation techniques and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
