What You’ll Be Doing Operate haul trucks to transport raw materials safely within the plant or quarry Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working condition Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate material movement Monitor equipment performance and report issues promptly Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations What Are We Looking For Ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in a production environment Strong awareness of safety practices and hazard recognition Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to equipment condition Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
