Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in operating a variety of heavy equipment on construction sites, including front loader trucks, cranes, water trucks, and backhoes.
Duties:
- Operate and maintain equipment such as front loader trucks, excavators, water trucks, tractors, and dozers.
- Perform tasks involving heavy equipment operation in compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Ensure efficient and safe operation of all equipment on the construction site
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner
Skills:
- Proficiency in operating front loader trucks, excavators, water trucks, and dozers
- Experience with heavy equipment operation including loaders and Caterpillar machinery
- Knowledge of construction site protocols and safety procedures
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members
- Commercial driving experience is a plus Main Job will be to load dump trucks with a large excavator 8-10 hours per day so excavator experience is a plus.
