Equipment Operator 2 Town of Bourne 201 Macarthur Boulevard, Buzzards Bay, MA 02532 The Town of Bourne, an affirmative action, equal opportunity employer, has an opening for full-time Equipment Operator at the Integrated Solid Waste Department. We are seeking a reliable and responsible Operator for operating heavy equipment and machinery. Work includes operating bulldozers, excavators, backhoes, dump trucks, bobcats, front-end loader, tractors, and other specialized equipment used in the maintenance and operation of the solid waste facility. Qualifications and Education Must have a Class 2A Hoisting License; Class 1C Hoisting License preferred, but not required; Class B CDL preferred but not required Full/Part Time & Hours Full time position (40 hours/week.) Salary Starting at $31.70 – $33.56/hour Salary Notes This is a benefitted position with dental, health, PTO and retirement. Closing Date The initial deadline is Friday June 20, 2025 at 4PM.
