Heavy Equipment Operator PSC Group Inc. Sagamore Beach, MA Immediate Openings for Heavy Equipment Operators PSC Group, Inc. is seeking full time, heavy equipment operators for various types of site excavation work including: Road Construction Residential/Commercial Site Work Coastal Stabilization/Preservation Individual Septic and Cluster Treatment Systems Underground Utilities Demolition/Dismantling Screening and Crushing Operations Our fleet includes but is not limited to mini to 30 ton excavators, loaders, bulldozers, skidsteers, screening/crushing plant components and compactor/vibratory rollers.

An acceptable applicant will:

Be an experienced operator with a valid hoisting license Be capable of a high level of production while remaining safety and quality oriented Provide their opinion while maintaining a positive, team player attitude Have experience in the above types of site excavation work or comparable experience (agricultural, etc.) Be able to read construction drawings Be able to set grade given a benchmark and rotary laser A strong passion for learning and productivity may allow for hiring of a candidate that is lacking the above supplementary skills Be reliable and capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision Having a CDL (Class A or B) is a bonus but is not required PSC Group, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer that continues to grow as an industry leader in our region and believes the quality of our employees is critical to that ongoing success.
