The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery and will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment on job sites. This role is crucial for maintaining productivity and quality in our operations. Duties

• Operate heavy equipment including loaders, graders, water trucks, and tankers safely and efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to execute project plans effectively.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly. Skills
• Proficient in loader operation and heavy equipment operation.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment.
• Valid commercial driving license is a plus for operating tanker trucks.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
