PM Position Summary:

We are currently hiring a Full-Time Backhoe Machine Operator in Aberdeen, MS . This role involves operating a backhoe machine to move gravel and other earthly materials on job sites. We are looking for someone reliable, safety-focused, and able to follow directions closely.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a backhoe to move and position gravel and other materials. Follow all job site safety requirements and guidelines. Take instructions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team. Perform routine checks to ensure the backhoe is functioning properly. Help maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements:

Previous experience operating a backhoe (required). Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions. Strong attention to safety and job site awareness. Dependable and punctual. No CDL required.
