Wheel Loader Operator Position Available In Pearl River, Mississippi

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Wheel Loader Operator with proven experience in operating heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading, transporting and managing materials efficiently while maintaining a high standard of safety and eqipment care. Preferred OSHA certification or other relavant safety training and experience in industry-specific tasks, e.g. quarry operations, recycling yards, etc. Applicant must have 2-3 years of experience operating wheel loaders, valid DL (CDL preferred, but not required), knowledge of equipment safety and maintenance procedures, able to work in various weather conditions and lift items weighing 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and good communication skills. Key Responsibilities include

• Operate wheel loaders to move materials such as soil, gravel, sand and debris
• Load trucks, feed hoppers and maintain stockpiles
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow site safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents
• Work collaboratively with site supervisors and other equipment operators
• Maintain accurate records of loads and materials handled.
