Compensation and Benefits:

Hiring Salary Range :

$48,438. – $55,358.

Full Salary Range :

$40,453 – $72,390.

What You’ll Do:

Safely operate a backhoe/loader in daily water and sewer construction and maintenance. Utilize your skills with additional equipment like skid steer loaders, track loaders, and large excavators as needed. Adhere to OSHA trenching and shoring requirements, the “locate” color code system, and work zone safety protocols. Work in all weather conditions and be prepared for physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, and kneeling. • Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

  High School Diploma/ GED “OR” an equivalency of 5 years of “directly related” heavy equipment operator experience 1+ years of heavy equipment experience Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License Experience Operating 2 and 4-lever backhoes (
