We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a knowledge and excellent customer service skills. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, assisting customers in distress, and ensuring the proper operation of towing equipment. This role requires a commitment to safety and professionalism while providing exceptional service to our clients. Duties Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and wheel-lift models, to transport vehicles safely. Perform automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle conditions before towing. Load and unload vehicles with care, ensuring no damage occurs during the process. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs. Manage conflicts professionally when dealing with distressed customers or challenging situations. Conduct daily pre trip inspections and maintenance on towing equipment to ensure safety and reliability. Maintain accurate records of services performed and any incidents that occur during operations. Experience Previous experience as a Tow Truck Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Not required Excellent conflict management skills to handle various customer interactions effectively. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
