We are seeking an experienced Finish Dozer Operator to join our construction team. As a key member of our crew, you will work closely with the construction team to ensure precise grading and leveling of surfaces, contributing to the successful completion of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for working in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate finish dozers to perform precise grading and leveling of construction sites. Collaborate with the construction crew to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects. Ensure that equipment is operated in a safe and efficient manner. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of the dozer to ensure it is in good working condition. Follow safety guidelines and procedures on the job site. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
Qualifications:
Ideally, 4+ years of experience operating finish dozers in construction or related industries. Proven ability to perform accurate grading and leveling to meet project specifications. Strong understanding of construction site safety and equipment maintenance. Must be a team player with good communication skills. Reliable transportation to and from the job site. Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other heavy equipment on construction sites.
