Medical, dental, vision insurance Factory Certified Training, Online Training Courses, or other professional 401(k) with company match Per Diem for travel Tiello has partnered with a highly successful Site Development Contractor in the Charlotte area on their search for a Heavy Equipment Operator who is capable of operating heavy equipment of all types (skid steers, loaders, dozers, excavators, motor graders, compactors, rollers, etc.) for site development projects throughout Charlotte.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to operate heavy equipment of all types. Must be aware and observant at all times to notice anything that may compromise job safety. Efficiently and effectively operate equipment to increase productivity. Communicate with project supervision on any issues that arise on the project. Communicate with other team members to encourage growth and progress towards project goals. Aiding team members to ensure that the site is clean and organized at the end of each shift. Assists crew with other duties, as needed.
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator Fine Grade experience preferred. Must be able to pass drug and background screening. Must have reliable transportation to and from jobsites. Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.
