If you’re an experienced operator with a sharp eye for detail, pride in precision, and a strong work ethic — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Operate heavy equipment such as motor graders, skid steers, and bulldozers for fine grading Read and interpret site plans, grades, and stakes Ensure all grading is performed to precise specifications and elevations Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to complete sitework efficiently Maintain equipment with care and report any mechanical issues

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of fine grading experience Proficient with grading for curb, gutter, sidewalks, and paving Familiarity with GPS and laser grading systems is a plus Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation and a strong commitment to safety Why Join Coastline Contracting?
