In this role, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery and vehicles to support our paving and grading projects. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring safe and efficient operations on-site. Responsibilities Operate dump trucks, forklifts, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed during construction activities. Drive commercial vehicles including tractor-trailers and tankers as required for project needs. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and improve workflow. Requirements Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) required. Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as dump trucks and forklifts. Strong understanding of manual transmission operation is preferred. Ability to drive a variety of vehicles including refrigerated trailers and flatbeds. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork on-site.
