Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team at the Kannapolis asphalt plant.
Responsibilities:
- The loader operator will be responsible for filling feeder bins with appropriate aggregates to meet the needs of the plant
- Maintain equipment by conducting regular inspections and reporting any malfunctions
- Assist with plant maintenance as needed
Experience:
- Prior experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with loaders
- Prior experience with an asphalt plant
- Good housekeeping skills
- Troubleshooting ability
- Excellent verbal communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
