Job Description
Heavy Equipment Operator Edge Grading and Hauling Laurel Hill, NC 28351 “`Duties“`
- Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment, including backhoes, Excavator, Dozers, loaders.
- Building ponds, driveways, clearing and grading lots
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Safely transport materials and equipment to and from job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion “`Qualifications“`
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment, such as backhoes, loaders, Excavators
- Knowledge of proper equipment operation techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of outdoor work in various weather conditions
