The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery and a strong understanding of construction site operations. As a Loader Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement of materials on-site, contributing to the overall success of our projects. Responsibilities Operate heavy machinery including loaders, dump trucks, and backhoes to transport materials safely and efficiently. Perform grading operations and assist with site preparation tasks. Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles as needed. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and maintain a safe working environment. Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times while on the construction site. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Experience Heavy equipment operation NEEDED Familiarity with construction site operations and safety practices. Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting equipment issues. Experience operating Caterpillar machinery is preferred but not required. Ability to dig, grade, and perform other essential functions related to loader operation effectively.
