The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various types of heavy machinery and equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operations on job sites. This role requires a strong commitment to safety protocols and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as front loader trucks, bulldozers, cranes, concrete mixers, and farm machinery. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Follow safety regulations and guidelines while operating machinery on construction or industrial sites. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Assist in building and construction tasks as needed, demonstrating versatility in equipment operation. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and report any issues or malfunctions promptly. Requirements Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, including but not limited to Caterpillar machinery, tankers, and commercial driving. Familiarity with various types of construction and farm machinery is preferred. Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting. Valid driver’s license; commercial driving certification is a plus. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads as required by the job.
