Job Overview:

We’re looking for a dependable and experienced Excavator Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong heavy equipment operating skills, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality work. This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of projects in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate excavators, loaders, backhoes, graders, and related heavy machinery with accuracy and efficiency. Perform site work including digging, trenching, grading, and material movement as needed. Operate water trucks and tankers for site preparation and dust control. Assist with horizontal drilling operations when required.

Requirements:

Previous experience operating standard excavation and site work equipment. Ability to perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues in the field. Ability to read and interpret site plans, including layouts for foundations, utility lines (water, sewer, electrical), and septic systems. Comfortable working in trenches and using hand tools. Willing to work in all weather conditions, including snow removal at designated properties. CDL Preferred.
