Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking general construction contractor. The individual will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working inside and outside and is looking for a diverse range of responsibilities.

Job Description:

• General labor skills.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Operating and maintaining machinery and heavy equipment such as bobcat, loader, etc.
• Interact professionally with customers, trade partners, and suppliers/vendors.
• Other maintenance duties that arise.
• Vehicle Logistics, will require moving of customer vehicles in and out of the building, refer to www.vaultmotorstorage.com for services we offer.
• Basic landscaping.
• Asphalt maintenance including crack filling and sealing.
• Snow and ice control; plowing and sanding.

Skills & Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Open to instruction.
• Flexibility for changing tasks and assignments.
• Willingness to learn new skills and attend technical training.
• Willingness to travel if the need arises.
