As a Heavy Civil Operator, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Schedule:

1st shift, day hours

Benefits:

Included Pay range: From $30.00 to $41.00 per hour – dependent on overall experience. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including front end loaders, bulldozers, skids, and excavators to support construction activities. Perform paving operations and manage dump truck operations for material transport. Collaborate with team members to build and maintain construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Assist in site preparation, grading, and other tasks as required to facilitate project completion. Follow project plans and specifications while adhering to timelines and quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with front end loaders, bulldozers, skids, and excavators required. Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety protocols. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also demonstrating independent problem-solving skills. Physical ability to perform manual labor and operate machinery for extended periods.
