Who We’re Looking For Looking for a motivated, positive, and good-natured individual who enjoys working hard and being part of a successful team. This position will be helping with all phases of residential construction with preference given to those with experience or an affinity for equipment operation, especially that related to earth moving. Qualifications

• Experience in one or more trades (carpentry, painting, flooring, roofing, etc.) or a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Dependability and a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of tools and a willingness to expand skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites around Bucks County. What We Offer

Job Types:

Full-time, Contract Pay:

$20.00 – $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
