Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a light-duty tow truck to transport vehicles locally and regionally Assist customers with vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and roadside assistance Complete detailed and accurate job documentation Ensure vehicle and equipment maintenance and cleanliness Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required, but a plus!) Previous towing experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong communication and problem-solving skills Professional appearance and attitude
