Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate and maintain a wheel loader Support daily plant operations and upkeep , including manual labor Assist in plant maintenance projects and emergency repairs Fill in for loader or batch plant operators as needed Travel between 4 local plants (Kennett Square, Malvern, Gap, Elizabethtown) Report safety issues to the Plant Manager and adhere to all safety protocols

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to travel to multiple plant locations without issue Willingness to be trained and coached in all aspects of concrete production Ability to: Lift over 50 lbs Work at heights up to 100 feet Stand, walk, climb, kneel, stoop, or crawl for extended periods Operate tools and controls with hands and arms

Preferred :
