What You’ll Be Doing Operate heavy construction equipment such as loaders, excavators, and bulldozers on highway and road construction projects. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to maintain a safe work environment. Assist with loading and unloading construction materials. Collaborate with road crews and team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion. What Are We Looking For Proven ability to operate heavy construction equipment safely and efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a construction setting. Ability to work independently and as part of a road crew team. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members. Commitment to safety and quality in construction projects. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
