The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery and a strong understanding of safety protocols in a construction or industrial environment. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Duties Operate heavy equipment including loading trucks, to perform various tasks on-site. Safely operate trucks and dump trucks for material transportation and site preparation. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment usage effectively and meet project deadlines. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating machinery. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and any incidents that may occur. Qualifications Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, including but not limited to dump trucks. Valid driving license is required and candidates with relevant experience will be considered. Strong understanding of safety practices related to heavy machinery operation. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in all operations.
