An inclusive and diverse environment Qualifications we are looking for: We are looking for a responsible, motivated individual with good work history that demonstrates stability and consistency Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator. Strong commitment to safety protocols and guidelines. Ability to perform physically demanding labor. Proficient with operating a variety of heavy equipment including Dozers and Track Hoes Experience with laying storm drain systems. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Flexibility to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

What you will be doing:

Operate and maintain various heavy equipment including Front End Loader, Track Ho, Skid Steer, Dozer, and Excavator efficiently and safely. Safely load and move materials on construction sites, adhering strictly to safety protocols. Perform general labor tasks such as digging, trenching, and material handling as needed. Work closely with the construction team to ensure project success and timely completion. Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment and work areas. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications as required.
